Mr Lee Seow Hiang, Chief Executive Officer of Chiangi Airport attributes this success to focusing on what passengers really want and providing them with innovative facilities and exceptional experiences.
Changi features all of the usual added-value services such as baby care rooms, baggage services, convenience stores, hotel reservations desk, customer service, medical services, a post office and prayer rooms.Some of the more unusual services offered at Changi include a swimming pool, gym with showers, music bar, nature trails, hair and beauty salon, rest areas and a transit hotel.
In addition, visitors can enjoy a free two-hour tour of Singapore, paid sightseeing tours with buses departing every 15 minutes and exclusive deals and gifts by means of ‘Changi Recommends’.
We all know, or can imagine, how difficult it is to keep youngsters occupied during even a short layover. Especially after they have been confined to the interior of an aeroplane for an extended period. In this regard, Changi really pulls out the stops, with a range of entertainment to suit every stage of childhood.
