The views from this estate are exceptional and it is seen by many as the most exclusive estate in the area. The owner of this estate is Laurence Graff a world renowned jeweller based in London and founder of Graff Diamonds. With a capacity of only 24 guests, the lodge on the estate is very exclusive.

For dinner there are two options to consider, both are unique. After some siesta time at the lodge a private dinner can be arranged at either one of the restaurants on the Delaire Graff estate or at Rust en Vrede which is only a 15 minute drive from Delaire. Rust en Vrede is one of the best restaurants in South Africa, fine dining at its best with a 10 course surprise menu or a European style menu to choose from. The restaurant was rated as the number one restaurant in South Africa by Eatout Magazine in 2011. Rust en Vrede is one of the most intimate and romantic restaurants you will find anywhere in the world. After dinner you will be taken back to Delaire where the staff will have organised drinks for you and you’re partner on the deck which overlooks the valley.
